Feeding Directions
Pace-Maker Performance is designed to meet the needs of the equine athlete. Feed at a rate of 0.3-0.8 % of body weight to meet calorie requirements of horses under light to moderate levels of activity. For feeding rates greater than 0.8% of body weight, blend 50:50 with oats or rolled barley to avoid unnecessarily high levels of vitamins and minerals. A minimum of two feedings per day is recommended, while more frequent feeding will reduce risk of colic. Feed with a minimum of 1.25 % of body weight in forage (hay or pasture equivalent) per day.
